Simple mobile/family mobile cannot retrieve my old phone number. Leaving me no choice but to change it, just, so I have a phone to use.

They cannot help me I have spoken to many people in 3 days and still no help. At least give me the money I lost in the 3 days with no phone at all. I have screenshots of all the calls times and chats I had with customer service.

Also, I don't appreciate being lied to. I asked to speak to a supervisor they transfer me to another person in the same dept and say they are a supervisor but still can't help me and have to transfer me again.

I am a Telnor customer in San Felipe Baja California. My internet service has been off since January 28th.

The phone side of the service has been off for over 3 years. When we purchased this service we were assured that we were getting a state of the art upgrade.

On January 1 I received an email stating that you were going to terminate service to our area and have us go to a Tercel modem. When I returned the modem I have they informed me that option was no longer available and they would send someone to restore service. That has not happened and every time I visit the office there are other people there with the same problem.

I doubt that anyone will read this cares if my service works or not but I have been searching for avenues to reach someone who has an answer. Cordell Elliston

I have spoken with all different levels of TracFone associates and have gotten nowhere. This product is faulty/malfunctioning.

I'm paying for services that I am not able to use. Customer service at TracFone is the worse service I have ever seen. If I go any longer without being addressed by this company about this issue I will begin to take further action about faulty advertisement. I paid money for a service and I'm not getting that service.

This is by for the WORST company yet. Each time the parent company America Movil (which by the way is not American) swallows up another company or creates a new one the service gets worst.

I have tried for 5 days to transfer a number to them and have given up as they can't get their act together. I wish someone would create a company that would provide a great service and refuse to sell out to this bunch. My frustration level has reach the all time high as you can not get a simple transaction done without some error.

To top it off everything they do is on script. If at all possible AVOID this company and their other companies.

My battery dies and i charge all day night
